Specifics to the case that we are seeking to staff, is a 22 year old male client located in North&nbsp;Port. This client&nbsp;has&nbsp;cerebral palsy and a trach in place. We are seeking to cover the overnights to support the family from 7pm-7am- ranging up to 36 hours per week. The agency will provide on-site training for extended education, rated between $30-$32/hr.
A few must-haves for Home Health Licensed Practical Nurses:

<li>Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN license in FL</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year&nbsp;of LPN experience, ideally in home healthcare, or completion of office’s preceptor program</li>
<li>CPR certification, TB test, Background check</li>
<li>Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations</li>
<li>Clinical proficiency in nursing, strong communication skills and compassion </li>

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including session notes, progress reports, and billing documentation.

Stay current with the latest research, best practices, and techniques in speech-language pathology.

Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, team meetings, and school-based professional development opportunities.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and ethical standards governing speech-language pathology services in schools.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Maryland licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC SLP) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
