• Attend agency meetings, trainings, and complete required training (minimum of 40 hours annually) to maintain compliance with licensing standards.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, criminal justice, or social work required.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years of work history and two years of experience working with at risk youth preferred. Experience in crisis intervention and problem solving.
SCHEDULE: This position is typically scheduled for a minimum of 3-night shifts no later than 11pm and 3-day shifts not earlier than 8am. One weekend day required. Flexibility to meet the need of the youth and the agency is required

• Demonstrate knowledge of available in-house program resources and community resources in order to communicate referrals to those in need. Assist in completing referrals and following up. 
• Communicate pertinent information with staff and youth throughout each shift by ensuring that documentation is completed in a timely manner and meets the standards established by license requirements, funding sources, and agency policies. • Take an active part in shift transition of welcome center activities and provide vital information about residents and referrals.

Job Description: Seeking a full-time RN to work primarily in the operating room (OR Circulator) for Weston Cosmetic Surgery by H/K/B!
Additional support may be needed in the front office including pre-op evaluations, medical clearance, post-op appointments, assisting during consultations, minor procedures, and follow-ups. PACU support as needed.
What you can expect in the role:

<li>Preparing the operating room with necessary equipment for surgical cases</li>
<li>Preparing and administering medications</li>
<li>Assisting Anesthesia providers as needed</li>
<li>Preparing patients for surgery by cleaning and disinfecting areas to be operated on</li>
<li>Remaining in the room to assist with any needs</li>
<li>Intraoperative charting</li>
<li>Stocking operating rooms with sterile surgical equipment, linens, and supplies</li>
<li>Developing and implementing nursing care plans for surgical patients</li>
<li>Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.</li>
<li>Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.</li>
<li>Promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patient, friends, and family to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills; answering questions.</li>

<li>Must be able to respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions.</li>
