Responsibilities

<li>Responsible for making credit reference inquiries.</li>
<li>Process credit applications and ensures the proper completion of all related documents.</li>
<li>Promotes positive public relations.</li>

Responsibilities
What you’ll do

<li>Deliver on Our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients by providing assistance when needed and communicating proactively. </li>
<li>Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces for a seamless parking experience.</li>
<li>Count vehicles on location throughout shift, as needed.</li>
<li>Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies; patrol transient and reserved parking levels as needed.</li>
<li>Provide assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.</li>
<li>Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.</li>
<li>Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.</li>
<li>Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.</li>
<li>Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.</li>
<li>Communicate debris, water, oil spills and etc. to garage office.</li>
<li>Substitute for Valets when necessary, if authorized.</li>
<li>Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage to assist customers in a seamless transportation experience.</li>
<li>Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
What you need

<li>A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record. </li>
<li>The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.</li>
<li>Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).</li>
<li>Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).</li>
<li>The ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.</li>
<li>The ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos.</li>
<li>The ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events while working.</li>
