What You'll Do

What You’ll Do:
✅ Answer customer calls, emails, and chats with authority &amp; professionalism ✅ Help customers place and track orders with speed and accuracy ✅ Defuse heated situations while keeping company policies in place ✅ Work directly with vendors to track shipments, resolve issues, and negotiate solutions ✅ Be the “go-to” point of contact for anything customers or vendors need
What We’re Looking For:
⚡ Strong communicator who doesn’t get rattled under pressure ⚡ Pleasant but firm — knows how to say “yes” when possible and “no” with confidence ⚡ Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy ⚡ Experience dealing with customers AND vendors preferred ⚡ Past customer service or call-center experience a plus (but not required if you’re a natural closer &amp; problem solver)
