<li>Povide psychoeducation in Community Events, if needed</li>
<li>Assist in Crisis Situations, Baker Acts if needed</li>
<li>Participate in Peer Review Process</li>
<li>Maintain full caseload</li>
<li>Quality of Care: Patient Satisfaction surveys must reflect a minimum of 10% of caseload.</li>
<li>Patient satisfaction must be rated 85% or above</li>
<li>Clinical Documentation Integrity must reflect:</li>
<li>Diagnosis based on criteria</li>
<li>Appropriate Medication to cover diagnosis</li>
<li>Person-Centered Documentation (Individualized)</li>
<li>Timely Documentation (48 hours for Medication Management; 72 hours for Psychiatric Evaluation)</li>
<li>Must follow guidelines and protocols of the organization</li>
<li>Community Relations (Communication with fellow providers, patients, families and staff, appropriate business attire, Peer Review Surveys)</li>
<li>Patient safety must reflect CARF and Organizational Guidelines will be reviewed in Quarterly Performance Review)</li>
<li>Quarterly Performance Evaluation scores must reflect standards</li>
<li>Continuing Education Requirements must be met and submitted promptly to the Human Resources department upon completion and/or upon request</li>

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

<li>Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</li>
