Job DescriptionPosition Summary: The System and Network Supervisor plays a dual role: leading the internal IT operations and team while remaining actively involved in hands-on technical execution. This role is responsible for supervising all aspects of IT infrastructure—including servers, networking, endpoints, Office 365, and virtualization environments—while also overseeing vendor relationships, software licensing, and tool administration across the company. This position includes managing a remote IT team, including an SAP specialist (no SAP expertise required), and ensuring seamless support for both internal and external customers. The Supervisor will act as a bridge between leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure high service quality and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Team and Operations Management

Technical Hands-On Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Provide direct technical support for internal infrastructure systems, networks, desktops, Google and Office 365 administration.</li>
<li>Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, and network file shares.</li>
<li>Support and maintain virtualization environments (e.g., VMware), and monitor data center/server performance.</li>
<li>Manage endpoint configurations, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and their accessories. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for incidents and service issues.</li>
</ul>
Tooling, Licensing, and Asset Oversight 
<ul>
<li>Administer and maintain company-wide IT tools, platforms, and software licensing compliance.</li>
<li>Manage RMM/PSA tools and asset tracking systems to ensure visibility and control of IT resources. Partner with procurement and finance to maintain licensing inventories and renewal schedules.</li>
</ul>
Collaboration &amp; Communication 
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for IT operations and infrastructure inquiries from internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and third-party providers as needed.</li>
<li>Support research and evaluation of emerging technologies to improve system reliability and performance. </li>
</ul>
Position Requirements Technical skills 
<ul>
<li>6 years minimum relevant IT work experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools (Zendesk or Monday.com preferred);&nbsp;</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and its included applications and productivity tools (including MS Teams, Sharepoint, etc.), Windows environments, Active Directory, Group Policies, etc.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Google Office Products, including email.</li>
<li>The ability to create succinct and accurate documents, incorporating text and technical design diagrams.</li>
<li>ITIL certification is preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Experience with RMM and PSA tools to rollout and manage software and PC’s.</li>
<li>Knowledge of local area network administration, backup policies, IT security and infra best practices..</li>
<li>Relevant certifications a plus (A+, MCSA, MCSE, RingCentral, Datto, NinjaRMM etc.)</li>

<li>2 – 3 years’ experience in financial and/or insurance sales</li>
<li>Life and Health insurance licensed</li>
<li>Ability to develop rapport with and influence independent entrepreneurial producers.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively in a goal centered environment.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft O365</li>
