Job Summary:
The primary focus of the Plant Engineer will be to provide technical and commercial support to various functional groups within PSM and Hanwha on HRSG, Steam Turbine, Generator and Balance of Plant subject matter. Functions will include development and execution of bundled plant solutions to PSM’s global customer base, including plant performance assessments, hydrogen feasibility studies, and operations, maintenance, and outage support.

Renaissance Recovery Florida is an Outpatient Facility located in Lantana, FL offering PHP/IOP levels of care, focusing on substance abuse as well as co-occurring psychiatric disorders. We provide gender specific and co-ed group therapy, individual therapy, and case management. We are currently seeking a motivated, passionate therapist to join our team, applicants should have a strong understanding of the 12-steps, family symptoms, psycho-dynamic approach to therapy, as well as knowledge of CBT and DBT skills. Applicants should also be familiar with documenting in an Electronic Medical Record. Clinical Supervision is provided if needed.
Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li>
<li>Minimum of 12 years of supervisory experience in an aquatic setting preferred </li>
<li>Current Lifeguard certification required </li>
<li>Strong communication and leadership skills </li>
<li>Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed </li>

Position Overview:
As an Assistant Personal Training Manager, you will play a key role in driving personal trainingsales, team performance, and client retention. You’ll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Personal Trainers, ensuring outstanding customer service, and helping members achieve their fitness goals while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>CPR Certification (required)</li>
<li>Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.)</li>
<li>Sales and leadership experience in a fitness or performance-driven environment</li>
<li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals</li>
<li>Strong communication, organization, and time management skills</li>
<li>Ability to adapt, lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven setting</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Physical effort required for daily duties, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, prolonged standing, and walking</li>
