Work Environment
This is an outdoor, hands-on position. Technicians work on-site at residential and commercial properties throughout South Florida, often outdoors, in all weather conditions. You must be physically fit, heat-tolerant, and comfortable working outside.

Job Description:
The Pharmacy Technician will facilitate all phases of pharmacy compounding/dispensing while providing patient centric service to include regular interaction with Caregivers, Physicians, and other stakeholders during the execution of these functions. This person will always work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist and in collaboration with the healthcare team to provide exceptional value to our customers. They will be a key contributor for all phases of the Specialty Infusion Pharmacy's operation and should be an experienced professional in this segment of care delivery. Primary Duties:
Under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist the Pharmacy Technician will:

<li>Aseptically prepares all sterile product requests for patients upon receipt of physician orders in accordance with established policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Maintains appropriate logs and cleaning records of biomedical equipment</li>
<li>Carries out various quality assurance procedures and testing specific to sterile compounding as required.</li>
<li>Assists with certification of staff and equipment specific to sterile compounding and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.</li>

Minimum Education, Certification and Experience/Skill Requirements:

<li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Must possess a current and in good standing state license in the state of employment is required.</li>
<li>Minimum of (2) years’ experience as a pharmacy technician preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent Communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking.</li>
<li>Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.</li>
<li>Ability to compound, prepare and dispense medications/supplies including clean room maintenance.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field</li>
<li>Professional Engineer (PE) license required.</li>
<li>Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on land development (commercial and/or SFD).</li>
<li>Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans.</li>
