Position Summary

A fast-growing litigation firm is seeking a Senior Paralegal with 7+ years of civil litigation experience to join their team in West Palm Beach, FL. This role is critical to supporting attorneys and partners throughout the litigation lifecycle, from case intake to trial preparation. Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a paralegal in civil litigation (State and Federal preferred)
Familiarity with Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and e-filing systems
Excellent legal writing, grammar, and proofreading skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal case management tools (Westlaw, FileVine)
Highly organized, resourceful, and self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities

Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and discovery materials
