<li>Prepare and send customer invoices and statements for vehicle sales, service, and part.</li>
<li>Follow up on outstanding payments, send reminders, and take necessary collection actions on overdue accounts.</li>
<li>Prepare reports on accounts receivable status, payment trends, and other relevant financial information.</li>
<li>Handle chargebacks, returns, and bad checks.</li>
<li>Pass trade payoffs to the office manager.</li>
<li>Reconcile service and parts receipts, including charge cards on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Answer customer inquiries related to their accounts and provide assistance with payment-related issues.</li>
<li>Pull original vehicle invoices for payoff requests.</li>
<li>Other duties or projects as assigned by Management.</li>
</ul>
Education/Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in required.</li>
<li>Strong mathematical and analytical skills relevant to accounting.</li>
<li>1-3+ years’ experience in accounting roles required.</li>
<li>Automotive dealership experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills required.</li>
<li>Excellent computer and software knowledge skills essential, including Excel, Word, Outlook.</li>
<li>CDK software experience preferred.</li>
<li>Data entry experience required.</li>
<li>Must be accustomed to working under strict deadlines.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic.</li>
<li>A valid driver's license.</li>
