Essential Job Functions: Coordinates and schedules service appointments, installations, and maintenance activities. Coordinates and manages service requests from clients or customers. Assists with or performs administrative tasks. Manages and updates invoices, processes new orders, and tracks inventory. Schedules and assign tasks to service technicians based on urgency and priority. Maintains a detailed record of all service requests, schedules, and outcomes. Communicates with clients or customers to ensure satisfaction and get feedback. Resolves any service-related issues or complaints. Escalates to appropriate manager when necessary. Audits work and customer service to ensure the company's standards and goals are met. Collaborates with other departments or teams to streamline service delivery. Provides regular updates and reports to management about service metrics, challenges, and solutions. Assists with the training and onboarding of new service members and provides guidance and support. Complies with local, state, and federal laws and regulation. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to improve service delivery. Ability to identify issues, address them and provide effective solutions. Ability to maintain compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. Ability to adapt to changes and handle them with professionalism. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of conversations, data records, files, and other vital information. Ability to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines. Strong planning, multitasking, time management and customer service skills are critical. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping. Education &amp; Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in related field preferred. Experience: Minimum two years of experience as a Service Coordinator, or similar role required. Physical Requirements:
