Position Overview
Luxe Gather is looking for energetic (NOT SHY), reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Party Hosts. In this role, you will work closely with the Lead Party Host to ensure the smooth execution of party events on our Luxe Gather Kids Spa Bus.
You will entertain and delight party guests on our mobile spa bus. You will be in charge of performing mini facials, nail painting, hairstyles and applying light makeup, face gems and entertaining guests while on the bus. You must be outgoing, friendly and punctual, as you will have to fully engage with customers at our events.
We want an individual that is full of energy and capable of handling different tasks at the same time. As a party host you must enjoy team building events and interacting with kids. Customer service knowledge is valuable for this role because you will ensure customer satisfaction. Your ultimate goal is to make sure that each event runs smoothly and ensure that our guests have the most unforgettable experience.
This is a part-time position, primarily Saturday &amp; Sundays, with approximately 20 hours weekly, depending on party and event bookings.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Nail polish removal, applying nail polish</li>
<li>Styling ponytails, braids with glitter, and clip-in hair extensions</li>

<li>Applying facial jewels and stickers</li>
<li>Organize party games like karaoke, singing, dancing, TikToks, fashion show</li>
<li>Organize seating arrangements for guests</li>
<li>Ensure Luxe Gather safety and hygiene standards are always met</li>
<li>Clean up after the party is over</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must be outgoing and confident</li>
<li>Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays</li>
<li>Reliable and professional work ethic</li>
<li>Friendly, outgoing personality with a love for working with kids</li>
<li>Strong organizational and teamwork skills</li>
<li>Ability to follow instructions and adapt to a fast-paced event environment</li>
<li>Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed</li>
<li>A valid driver’s license is a plus but not required</li>
<li>Minimum age 16 yrs old</li>
<li>Must reside within a 10-mile radius of the 33076 zip code (Coral Springs) and have reliable transportation to and from work</li>
