Job Summary
The Credentialing &amp; Licensure Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing all regulatory licensing and credentialing activities for pharmacy operations. This role plays a critical function in ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations, including Board of Pharmacy requirements, DEA registrations, USP standards, and telehealth compliance obligations. The position requires strong regulatory expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage high-risk compliance activities in a regulated pharmacy environment.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Own and manage all pharmacy, DEA, and healthcare facility licensing and renewals (state and federal) </li>

Qualifications
