<li>Paid on time, structured for scale, and compliant across all state and federal requirements</li>

 Your Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Lock and structure deals inside Arive</li>
<li>Manage all lead activity and follow-up inside HubSpot CRM</li>
<li>Use AI automation to drive follow-through with Realtors and borrowers</li>
<li>Communicate with your ops team through Slack</li>
<li>Close clean files using our 14-day workflow</li>
<li>Handle Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, DSCR, and Private lending programs</li>
<li>Build your own book, your own systems, and your own Realtor referral machine, we help you set it all up</li>
</ul>
 Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Active NMLS license (good standing)</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of origination experience</li>
<li>Minimum production of $1M per month</li>
<li>Working knowledge of multiple loan products</li>
<li>Strong follow-up and CRM discipline</li>
<li>Tech fluency in Arive, HubSpot, Slack, Box, and Outlook</li>
