Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Assistant Beverage Manager, the incumbent maintains adequate levels of bar glassware as required and a high standard of cleanliness to the bar areas to ensure high caliber service to customers.
Essential Job Functions:
<ul>
<li>Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures.</li>
<li>Duties include, but are not limited to removing glassware from the casino floor, detail cleaning of equipment, washing, sweeping, sanitizing, trash removal and grounds maintenance.</li>
<li>Ensures that ample supplies of glassware are available during service periods.</li>
<li>Performs work assignments directed by beverage management.</li>
<li>Receives soiled glassware, placing items according to size and likeness on automatic dishwashing conveyor belt.</li>
<li>Responsible for running dish machines.</li>
<li>Removes washed glassware from automatic dishwasher and stacks them according to size and likeness for future use.</li>
<li>Polishes glassware.</li>
<li>Returns items not satisfactorily cleaned for a second wash.</li>
<li>Responsible for returning glassware to proper departments.</li>
<li>Responsible for collecting glassware from stationary casino beverage carts.</li>
<li>Knowledge of and adherence to sanitation practices and procedures to ensure that bars and related equipment remain clean, sanitary and odor-free at all times.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable of and adherence to food and beverage department regulations and procedures.</li>
<li>Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.</li>
<li>Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.</li>

Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. T.I.P.S. certification and Sanitation certification is preferred.

Under the direction of the Asst. Beverage Manager, the Model Server is responsible for serving and expediting guests’ drinks. Promotes the lounge; acts as a brand ambassador; entertains and interacts with clientele and ensures the highest levels of guest service at all times. About the Role:
Our client, a growing and respected self-perform concrete contractor, is seeking a Project Manager with deep experience in large-scale, multi-story concrete construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead turnkey concrete packages from start to finish, working with some of the top construction professionals in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Oversee self-perform concrete construction projects from preconstruction through completion</li>
<li>Develop project schedules, labor plans, and ensure cost-effective use of resources</li>
<li>Lead submittal, RFI, procurement, and document control processes</li>
<li>Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, and clients on project delivery</li>
<li>Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence</li>
<li>Lead project meetings, track status reports, and resolve constructability issues</li>
<li>Work closely with accounting and estimating teams to manage budgets, changes, and forecasts</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent field experience)</li>
<li>10+ years of experience managing large concrete construction projects (including multi-story buildings for over $70M)</li>
<li>Experience working for self-perform concrete teams (SPT) — preferred companies include McCarthy, Sundt, DPR, Turner, Baker, Donley, JE Dunn, Adjustable Concrete</li>
<li>Strong understanding of BIM, formwork, rebar installation, flatwork, and architectural concrete</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, AutoCAD, Project Management tools</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and specifications</li>
<li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills</li>
<li>Must be able to travel to multiple active sites within the South Florida region</li>
