<li>Work with Managers HR Director, and legal as needed on leave denials, terminations, or to resolve issues that arise on more complicated leaves.</li>
<li>Manage the return to work process of all medical leave of absence by ensuring medical releases are received and the HRIS&nbsp;system is updated correctly.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Send termination packet for 401k and voluntary benefits</li>
<li>COBRA Administration&nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee and maintain ACA date to ensure all information is accurate and 1095s are processed</li>
<li>Mandatory annual benefit reporting&nbsp;</li>
