<li>Responsible for the housekeeping/cleanliness of the store and yard to provide a safe, professional and positive shopping experience for customers.</li>
<li>Interfaces with customers to fulfill orders in a helpful and professional manner.</li>
<li>Assist the store manager in performing routine inventory counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.</li>
<li>Delivers products to customer locations using the company delivery truck (CDL license is not required).</li>
<li>Able to operate forklift and bucket loader to move material from one location to another.</li>
<li>Other duties and tasks as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Experience and Education:
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or GED or 1-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must be able to quickly learn Point of Sale software. </li>
</ul>
Certificate, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Florida driver’s license and good driving record required. Forklift certification is preferred.
Communication Skills:
<ul>
<li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety policies, operating and maintenance instructions, and other policy and procedures. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and employees. </li>
<li>Command of the English language is mandatory. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. </li>
</ul>
Physical Demands:
<ul>
<li>Work hours are Monday-Friday: 6:30 AM-4:30 PM and Saturday: 6:30 AM-12 Noon.</li>
<li>The employee is regularly required to talk and hear.</li>
<li>The employee is required to frequently stand use hands to finger; handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms; walk; sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel; crouch or crawl. </li>
<li>The employee must have the capability to lift 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.</li>
</ul>
Work Environment:
<ul>
<li>While performing he duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions (sun, heat and dust). </li>
</ul>
Noise levels are usually moderate but may be loud at times when working near machinery.
