Key Responsibilities

<li>Confirm daily visit schedules to ensure seamless coordination with other staff.</li>
<li>Communicate patient progress and changes with physicians and care teams.</li>
<li>Document all visits and progress notes on the same day of service. </li>

Qualifications

<li>Must have a current PT license (state-specific).</li>
<li>Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.</li>
<li>Valid BLS certification.</li>
<li>Minimum one year of PT experience (home health experience preferred).</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable and insured vehicle.</li>
<li>Ability to visit homes that may not be wheelchair accessible.</li>
<li>Sufficient hearing, eyesight, and dexterity to perform physical assessments and demonstrate care techniques.</li>

<li>For newly licensed applicants, a minimum of five years of sales experience is required with a willingness to undergo a month of training.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment.</li>
<li>Experience in a call center or customer service role (mortgage or finance experience is a plus).</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with customers and provide a positive client experience.</li>
<li>A basic understanding of mortgage terms and products is an advantage.</li>

 SELECTION PROCESS:

<li>Zoom interview with a Team Leader and Administrative Staff.</li>

 TRAINING:

<li>Mandatory two-week training period for all new hires.</li>

 SCHEDULE: 
<ul>
<li>Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm</li>
<li>Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Open Houses Must Attend 3 out of 4 weekends)</li>
<li>Closed on Sundays and Holidays.</li>
</ul>
 SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:
