The Transportation Tech assists members of the health care team in the transporting and well-being of patients by performing specific tasks as directed by patient caregivers. The Transportation Tech is a patient advocate and works with all departments to ensure timely movement of patients throughout the JMC system and services.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Physical Requirements
This job can be physically demanding at times requiring stooping, sitting, standing, and walking for long periods of time.&nbsp; The team member will need to frequently assist lifting patients and heavy equipment. Must be able to work in a stressful environment, work independently, making sound decisions, detail oriented, alert, and self-motivated.
