Handle monthly petty cash reconciliation, credit card statements, gas log statements, expense reports, and check requests as needed.
Manage and maintain all relationships with vendors, customers, and suppliers.
Must be willing to travel to and represent the company at tradeshows, store openings and vendor trainings as needed (will include weekends).
Manage the vehicle rental department, schedule rentals, train rental clients on the use of the adaptive equipment, prepare contracts, invoice, prepare and file all related paperwork on a monthly basis.
Working knowledge of all products and services provided by the company to our customers.
Ability to answer customer questions on both vans and mobility equipment in the absence of the General Manager / Certified Sales Consultant.

<li>Reply to All emails and Phone calls within 24 HRS of receiving them. </li>
</ul>

<li>Generate Key distribution for bus drivers.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ensure payment for all bus drivers is submitted to HR</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all Game Stats have been updated to the appropriate software.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Organize, assign, and deposit all cash deposits from the previous day prior to 12:00 PM.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Reach out to all game operations personnel to confirm they will be present when necessary.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintain an accurate calendar where appropriate </li>
</ul>
Other responsibilities include:

<li>Schedule transportation, hotels, and coverage for all tournaments.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Create, verify, and purchase all awards for the Athletic Awards Banquet.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Plan, schedule, and attend the Athletic Awards Banquet.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Evaluate Transportation calendar, Schedule Drivers, ensure fueling</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Confirm weekly alignment of game/practice schedule with Espace</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>All parent/team communication emails. (Includes reminders for try-outs, fundraisers, school events, etc.)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Confirm the accuracy of all Eligibility of all students and upload to FHSAA </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Send Weekly Dismissal Schedule</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Send Weekly Game Ops Report</li>
