Job Description
The RN is responsible for the planning and delivery of patient care, providing skilled nursing care and oversight in accordance with policies and the Florida Nurse Practice Act, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Qualifications

<li>Destroy medications that are considered narcotic in nature and all other medication that is no longer being used in accordance with policy.</li>
<li>Communicate to the IDT all pertinent information pertaining to the patient and family unit, actively to participate in review and revision of patients’ plan of care.</li>
<li>Complete education requirements in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Documentation should include but not limited to variance in patient condition, interventions and outcomes and address progress towards goals set by the patient’s plan of care.</li>
<li>Documentation should include education provided to the family and the patient, including topic, which was taught and their understanding of the education.</li>
<li>Participate as an active supporter of the Treasure Coast Hospice compliance program, including the emphasis to report, as well as complying with all Federal, State and Local laws as well as the organization’s compliance program. </li>
<li>Supervise C.N.A.s and LPNs</li>
<li>Fulfill all responsibilities related to the success of the strategic plan of the organization, as requested and assigned.</li>

About This Role

Promote FHIA Remodeling's products and services to both prospective and existing clients in our in-store retail marketing campaigns, events, and tradeshows
</li>
<li>
Deliver engaging sales presentations face to face, focusing on our high quality products, installation, and customer care
</li>
<li>
Use this experience as a stepping stone to a career in Management or Sales
</li>
<li>
Scheduling availability: Sat and/or Sun, and weekdays 10am to 6pm or 11am to 7pm
</li>
</ul>

Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
</li>
<li>
Self-motivated, and ambitious outlook to succeed in a performance-driven environment
</li>
<li>
Ability to speak publicly with confidence
</li>

Bilingual skills in English and Spanish - a plus!
