Qualifications:

Patient Navigator
The Patient Navigator acts under the direction, guidance, and supervision of the Manager of Social Services. The Director of Catering and Conference Services is the champion of the resort’s catering, meetings and events experience. Applicants must possess at least 5 years of catering and convention services experience and 3 in a leadership role in a similar or bigger size catering and conference Services department dealing with guests in the luxury space. 
As a critical and key leadership role within the catering and meetings and events team, the Director of Catering &amp; Conference Services is responsible for working effectively with other hotel departments to create a community of best practices for a seamless catering and meetings experience. They are an essential point of continuity, and an expert partner for the Meeting Planner through all stages of their experience, taking a proactive approach and building long term relationships.
Responsible for leading the efforts of the catering and convention services team as well as detailing and facilitating large events and ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction, generating increased revenues, expanding market share, and nurturing return business.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

<li>Handles one or more Catering &amp; Conference Services market segments based on the need of the resort and/or instructions from senior management. OBJECTIVE: The Commercial Appraiser is instrumental in the valuation of commercial real estate using standard appraisal and mass appraisal techniques in accordance with Florida Statutes and Department of Revenue guidelines.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Inspects, classifies and appraises vacant and improved commercial, industrial, institutional and multifamily properties.</li>
<li>Qualifies sales and correctly applies the Florida Department of Revenue Real Property Transfer Qualification Codes.</li>
<li>Verifies sales with parties to sale and/or knowledgeable third parties.</li>
<li>Uses online sales tools such as MLS, CoStar, SunBiz and other similar data resources.</li>
<li>Documents and reconciles property sales data for model calibration and ratio study purposes.</li>
<li>Performs market studies including collection of comparable sales data, income and expense data, and market derived capitalization rates, and studies market trends to make supportable valuation change recommendations to Assessments Manager.</li>
<li>Creates, manages and assists in the maintenance and updating of Income Models and property records in the CAMA (computer assisted mass appraisal) system. </li>
<li>Discusses assessments with property owners/representatives and makes value recommendations to Assessments Manager.</li>
<li>Prepares for and presents evidence and testimony at Value Adjustment Board hearings and legal proceedings.</li>
<li>Attends continuing education classes in accordance with Florida Statute for Certified General Appraisers or as required by other designations.</li>
<li>Prepares and presents valuation estimates for meetings with Department of Revenue staff during in-depth audits.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree or State Certified General Appraiser. A comparable amount of experience in commercial real estate assessment with a Property Appraiser’s office may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.</li>
<li>A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the appraisal/assessment industry as a commercial appraiser.</li>
</ul>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Thorough knowledge and understanding of Appraisal Theory and Techniques pertinent to commercial real estate.</li>
<li>Knowledge of building design, construction and materials and Marshall &amp; Swift Valuation Service. </li>
<li>Proficient computer knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Word, with emphasis on Assessment Software, G.I.S a plus.</li>
<li>Knowledge or ability to understand Florida Statutes and regulations pertinent to Ad Valorem assessment.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret maps, leases, income &amp; expense statements and other legal instruments.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and use good judgment. Ability to work within time constraints.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with the public and coworkers.</li>
</ul>
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: 
<ul>
<li>Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License</li>
<li>State Certified General Appraiser preferred</li>
<li>CFE and/or IAAO designation </li>
</ul>

Cardiac Catheter Lab Technician candidates will have the following job responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>The Cardiac Cath Lab Technician reports to the Cath Lab Coordinator and is responsible for assisting physicians during cardiac cath lab procedures, pacemaker/ICD insertions, Interventional Radiology and other miscellaneous procedures by operating the physiologic / hemodynamic monitoring computer and/or scrubbing for invasive cardiac and vascular procedures.</li>
<li>Provides patient care to adult and geriatric patients.</li>
<li>Prepares patients for procedures by reviewing medical history, draping and positioning the patient, preparing procedural/testing sites and administering contrast media and/or medications within scope of practice.</li>
<li>Assists physician with performing diagnostic and vascular interventional procedures.</li>
<li>Reviews results and takes appropriate action to resolve image quality issues.</li>
<li>Prepares equipment and supplies including sterile trays.</li>
<li>Selects appropriate exposure factors and imaging parameters.</li>
<li>Implements safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures on equipment.</li>

<li>Must possess one (1) of the following required certifications: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).</li>
<li>Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification</li>
<li>Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification</li>
<li>Prior experience with general vascular and/or coronary angiography.</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of cardiac arrhythmia interpretation and cardiac anatomy.</li>
<li>Prior IR experience a plus.</li>
<li>RCIS certification required within 24 months of hire.</li>
