What You'll Do:
The ideal candidate is organized, persistent, and results-driven, with deep knowledge of out-of-network billing for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health (MH) services. You’ll join a high-performing team focused on maximizing collections, reducing aging A/R, and ensuring every dollar is pursued.
Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Proactively follow up on unpaid and underpaid claims for Detox, Residential, PHP, and IOP levels of care.</li>
<li>Manage 500–700 claims per week, prioritizing efficiency and accuracy.</li>
<li>Handle 4–5 hours of phone time per day with strong communication skills.</li>
<li>Communicate with payers via phone, portals, and written correspondence to resolve billing issues.</li>
<li>Identify trends in denials and underpayments and escalate systemic issues.</li>
<li>Dispute and overturn wrongly denied claims.</li>
<li>Update and track claims using CMD (CollaborateMD) and internal task systems.</li>
<li>Follow QBS workflows using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Kipu EMR.</li>
<li>Maintain professional and timely communication with internal teams and facility partners.</li>
</ul>
Bonus Experience (Not Required):
<ul>
<li>Handling refund requests and appeals.</li>
<li>Preparing and submitting level 1–3 appeals (e.g., medical necessity, low pay, timely filing).</li>
<li>Gathering and submitting medical records for appeal support.</li>
<li>Working with utilization review (UR) or clinical teams.</li>
<li>Familiarity with ASAM and MCG medical necessity criteria.</li>
<li>Exposure to payment posting, authorization reviews, or credentialing.</li>

What You'll Bring:

<li>Strong understanding of insurance verification, EOBs, and RCM workflows.</li>
<li>Familiarity with major payers: BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, UHC, Optum, TriWest.</li>
<li>Experience overturning insurance denials is a strong plus.</li>

Provides 340B Program leadership and oversight across MHS. Acts as a subject matter expert and partners with pharmacy leaders and other executives to identify enhancements and operational opportunities. Summary:
As a senior member of the Cancer Institute's leadership team, the Director of Radiation Oncology provides overall operational, technical and strategic leadership for Radiation Oncology across physician practices and technological modalities (including external beam modalities, CT simulation, high dose and low dose radiation, radionucleotide treatments, and intraoperative brachytherapy) for all network sites. Working under the direction of the VP, Oncology Service Line and with the Chief of Radiation Oncology, responsibilities include leading in the following areas: radiation therapy operations, supervision of staff, technology review, facilities planning/management (including leading major capital projects), general process improvement, network development and implementing department and institute clinical initiatives. Summary:
Responsible for providing leadership for the full spectrum of Respiratory care.
Responsibilities:
Establishes MVP health care operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change. Responsible for patient safety and satisfaction measures.Maintains legal and accreditation compliance by developing policies and practices concerning federal, state, and local regulations, and accrediting body standards; anticipating emerging issues.Accomplishes MVP health care strategies by determining accountability; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary, and communication programs; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions. Collaborates with Director of Education to determine necessary clinical competencies to be assessed during orientation and d annually thereafter to ensure high quality patient care is delivered.Develops MVP health care financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances. Prepares annual operating and capital budgets for multiple units.Develops MVP health care strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic direction; establishing functional/program objectives in line with organizational objectives. Develops strategy for program growth including referrals from inside and outside the Memorial system.

Summary:
Directs the departments activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the department and organization as it relates to the Medical Staff privileging and credentialing activities.
Responsibilities:
Plans and monitors Medical Affairs staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, and disciplinary actions.Oversees staff operations, business planning and budget development. Updates policies and procedures as needed. Oversees adherence to deadlines.Develops and implements departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization. Ensures compliance with applicable federal and state laws, accreditation standards, medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations as well as departmental policies and procedures.Provides Administrative support to hospital administration and other departments as it relates to Medical Affairs and Credentialing.
