Position Summary:

Essential Functions:
Office Management:

Accounts Payable:

<li>Assigns all expenses to the proper department code numbers </li>
<li>Maintains the petty cash process including ledger accounting for disbursements </li>

Accounts Receivable:
<ul>
<li>Inputs all required information related to AR and resident information into the Yardi system </li>
<li>Perform accounts receivable duties to include data entry of resident transactions and collection of amounts due. </li>
<li>Generates resident billing with accuracy. Responds to resident and family inquiries. </li>
<li>Makes bank deposits daily. </li>
<li>Provides information and data entry of financial information for the Executive Director related to required reports </li>
<li>Prepares refund requests for residents when applicable </li>
<li>Ensures all past due accounts are addressed according to the best practice standard and utilizing our collections partner as appropriate </li>
</ul>
Financial:
<ul>
<li>May participate in monthly budget variance conferences and provide reports </li>
<li>Assists with community credit card reconciliation at the direction of the Executive Director </li>
<li>General accounting duties as necessary </li>
</ul>
Administrative:

<li>Properly reports and tracks job related injuries and incidents </li>
<li>Maintains OSHA logs </li>
<li>Maintains labor law, state and federal regulation postings </li>

Human Resources:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Remote Sr. Game Mathematician provides creative leadership to a team of developers and artists producing video casino games by developing fresh game content and iterating on current gameplay formulas, to deliver high quality, captivating and performing games.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
<ul>
<li> Evaluates complex and premium game design to ensure all points (features, frequencies, etc.) are cohesive with an exciting math model given system, mathematical and jurisdictional restraints. Recommends creative solutions to detected issues.</li>
<li> Follows rules from the game design to produce the mathematical calculations for features.</li>
<li> Develops in-house simulations and theoretical calculations.</li>
<li> Performs validation calculations through an in-house simulator.</li>
<li> Develops varying math models for different markets, including creating Class 2 math models using in-house tools. Review outcomes for all game specific metrics and make all necessary adjustments.</li>
<li> Reviews all math models, including those created by other team members, through game play as they are implemented to ensure they reflect the correct math model. Makes and/or proposes adjustments as needed to create world class math models.</li>
<li> Prepares documentation to include math models in game software.</li>
<li> Provides and reviews other team members’ documentation for certification labs and casinos.</li>
<li> Validates outcomes in the field or investigates unusual player sessions as requested.</li>
<li> Participates in the game design for the most complex and premium games.</li>
<li> Develops tools to support new complex game mechanics including Office extensions and/or WPF applications.</li>
<li> Troubleshoots and identifies complex technical issues/challenges and develops solutions.</li>
<li> Serves as the team’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) and shares knowledge with, and mentors, other team members.</li>
<li>Other projects and duties as assigned by the manager.</li>

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
<ul>
<li> College diploma (DEC) or bachelor’s degree in mathematics or statistics or relevant experience.</li>
<li> Demonstrated knowledge and application of Combinatorics, Probability Theory and Statistics.</li>
<li> 5+ years of experience with game development.</li>
<li> Demonstrated proficiency with C#, WPF and .Net Core/.Net.</li>
<li> Advanced Excel skills, able to create and adapt large and complex spreadsheets.</li>
