<li>Complete graduate exit interviews and graduate exit surveys monthly, as well as during their mandatory graduation seminar in their last semester</li>

<li>Conduct surveys with employers three months after employment of a recent graduate Contact and survey alumni six months after graduation</li>

Managing Social Media Content and Content Calendar: The Director of Student Services is responsible for producing and curating original content for Southeastern Colleges digital media channels. To accomplish this, the Director of Student Services must: Produce and curate original content for Southeastern College's digital media channels, encompassing videos, motion graphics, and still images. Capture/obtain photographs to showcase the Southeastern College experience, including both regular campus life and special events such as pinning ceremonies and commencement. Conceptualize, develop, and execute short-form video content to enhance the visual appeal of digital media channels. Ensure high levels of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in all content and media assets produced. Utilize the classic five Ws (who, what, where, when, and why) when planning and creating content for campus social media initiatives. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, faculty, and staff to develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the institution's goals. The Professional Civil Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, and oversight of telecom infrastructure projects including fiber optic networks, small cell deployments, conduit systems, utility poles, and related site development. This role ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while delivering structurally sound, cost-effective designs for both aerial and underground installations. The ideal candidate will hold an active Civil Professional Engineer (PE) license and bring expertise in telecom-related construction; an Electrical Engineer license is a plus. This position plays a critical role in coordinating with internal teams, municipal agencies, and external contractors to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
Duties / Responsibilities: 1. Design and review civil plans for telecommunications infrastructure such as underground conduit, manholes, aerial pole routes, and equipment pads. 2. Provide engineering approval (PE stamp) for plans, drawings, and permit submissions as required by regulatory authorities. 3. Perform structural analysis for utility poles, foundations, and supporting infrastructure for telecom and wireless equipment ensuring applicable codes (e.g., TIA-222 for towers, local building codes). 4.
