The Group Sales Coordinator supports Rental Operations by ensuring profitability, sales, and operational excellence. This role works directly with internal and external clients and departments to service and manage group business, drive rental sales efforts, generate leads, and ensure seamless execution of group events.
This position will be primarily focused providing prospective groups with complete and accurate information on our properties; upkeep and maintenance of complete detailed group accounts for every documentation regarding the group from the contract, group resume, monitoring the group pickup, collecting payment, and maintaining contact with the resorts on all important information pertaining to the group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

<li>Coordinate with assigned group accounts by ensuring accuracy of rooms entered into the PMS System, collecting payment, processing rooming lists, managing cutoff dates and payment deadlines, working with group leaders for special requests, working with groups to increase allotment pickup, and communicating with resort operations to ensure they are prepared for group’s arrival.</li>

REQUIREMENTS:

Job Summary
The National Production &amp; Staffing Coordinator is responsible for managing the deployment of technician crews across national productions and ensuring seamless communication between sales, production managers, and department managers to align labor resources with project demands. Essential Functions

Coordinate the deployment of technician crews across group-level productions.

Create and maintain the current labor schedule for multiple projects nationally.
Maintain a national database of labor resources (employees, 1099s, and labor providers)

Maintain NDA contracts between technicians and Live Events Productions or the Client 
Review of all LE Production jobs requiring labor to identify travel needs. Communicate with Sales when the travel quoted does not match show's needs.
Book and/ or manage travel; including flights, hotels, and car rentals. 
Create Purchase Orders for each contract technician by project and communicate with the contractor. 
Review and approve show-related invoices from contracted technicians post-project, utilizing the schedule tracking from the Project Manager. 
Work within the travel budget set for each show or obtain approval when the travel budget might be exceeded.
Develop a post-show review form to get feedback from lead technicians on the event.
Assist in other production-related tasks as necessary.
 
Required Education and Experience
A minimum 4-year degree from an accredited college or commensurate experience. 
Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with technical roles (e.g., riggers, electricians, audio engineers) and their requirements.

The Low Voltage Coordinator is responsible for supporting the IT Security Team Lead by planning, organizing, and coordinating all low-voltage system installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across both corporate and field locations. This position ensures effective and compliant execution of structured cabling, access control, video surveillance, and other low-voltage infrastructure.
Duties and Responsibilities: •Coordinate all low-voltage system installations, repairs, and maintenance at corporate and property locations. •Manage low-voltage vendor relationships, ensuring timely and compliant execution of work. •Serve as the escalation point for low-voltage issues, collaborating with IT and field teams to resolve technical challenges. •Oversee new site builds and related low-voltage setups, including structured cabling, security cameras, access control systems, analog phone lines, VoIP, and ISP/utility provisioning. •Maintain and update documentation including wiring diagrams, infrastructure records, vendor accounts, ISP and utility information. •Help maintain company-defined standards for all low-voltage systems and installations. •Monitor key performance metrics and SLAs to assess system performance and team effectiveness. •Collaborate with IT staff and network engineers to integrate low-voltage components with IT infrastructure. •Support coordination of IT Specialist travel and prioritize tickets related to low-voltage work. •Lead or participate in special low-voltage projects as assigned.
Qualifications: •Associate's degree in Electrical, Low Voltage Technology, or a related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered. •3+ years of experience in low-voltage coordination, structured cabling, or IT/facility infrastructure. •Strong understanding of access control systems, surveillance, structured cabling, and low-voltage wiring standards. •Experience with vendor coordination, procurement, and project management. •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. •Proficiency in Office 365 and ticketing/project management platforms (Jira experience is a plus). •Strong verbal and written communication skills. •Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. •Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. •Knowledge of PTI StorLogix Cloud and OpenEye Cloud systems is a plus. •Knowledge of contractor job site workflows is a plus.
