Thes is a full-time positions on-site in our West Palm Beach, Florida treatment center. 
The Clinical Director will be responsible for the daily clinical management of a unit. If you are an experienced mental health/substance use professional, committed to providing quality care, and have a proven track record of leading successful treatment programs, we want you to join our growing team. 
Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Provide leadership and oversight for two residential treatment programs. </li>

<li>Responsible for reviewing new enrollment package applications to ensure forms are complete and accurate, contracts signed.</li>
<li>Upload and save all client files into VLP CRM.</li>
<li>Complete all assigned MEMBER RELATED tasks in Creditor Guard. </li>
<li>Responsible for informing all DRP’s via email that new enrollment’s contract has been received.</li>
<li>Document and respond to all verbal (phone) electronic (email/fax) and written communication with clients and the debt settlement companies.</li>
<li>Perform any other responsibility connected with the servicing and general enrollment.</li>
<li>Initiate and respond to all correspondence with clients concerning the understanding of the program, general questions and draft related concerns.</li>
<li>Make Welcome calls. </li>
<li>Mail out hardcopy Welcome Package to any new clients that don’t have an email address.</li>
<li>Responsible for forwarding any CPS issues from clients to the CPS Attorney.</li>
<li>Performs related work as assigned.</li>

Requirements:

<li>Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent.</li>
<li>Bilingual [Spanish/English] preferred.</li>
<li>Debt Relief Industry experience preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in clerical work or administrative support work.</li>
<li>Knowledge of office practices and administrative procedures.</li>
<li>Ability to work well independently or in a team environment.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li>
<li>Must pay attention to detail.</li>
