What you will work on.

About you.
<ul>
<li>Any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to graduation from high school or a GED.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Have 3-5 years experience working with audio, broadcast, computer, and/or video equipment preferably in a live event environment.</li>
<li>Prefer experience working with projectors.</li>
<li>Good understanding of wireless audio systems.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of IP-based networking (wired and wireless).</li>
<li>Ability to effectively troubleshoot and manage time in time sensitive situations.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Teams a plus).</li>

Due to growth, along with an over $1B investment in the company for capital improvements and construction to build, upgrade, repair, and maintain marinas and continue their track record of excellent service, they are looking to hire a Regional Project Manager. 
 
About the Role
This Regional Project Manager will help manage and lead the construction for capital development projects in the Florida region. Project Management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of a multitude of projects, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing work progress.
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the Regional Vice President, General Managers, engineers, architects, contractors, etc.</li>
<li>Develop an annual maintenance capex program for each property in the specified region.</li>
<li>Facilitate the deployment of maintenance capex funds throughout the region in a given budget year.</li>
<li>Facilitate the identification and development of growth capex projects.</li>
<li>Oversee third-party consultants, engineers, architects, and trade subs.</li>
<li>Develop project agreements and contracts with support from the Construction &amp; Development Group Assistant and Legal Department.</li>
<li>Facilitate and oversee the entitlements processes.</li>
<li>Supervise construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.</li>
<li>Provide technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods, equipment, etc., as required.</li>
<li>Ensure all on-site personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent execution of priorities and objectives across the region.</li>
<li>Build relationships with contracting vendors.</li>
<li>This role involves travel up to 50% within the region and includes mostly driving to job sites to be " boots on the ground" to oversee projects.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience</li>
<li>Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in construction management of commercial, civil, or marina projects</li>
</ul>
We are looking for that Project Manager with 10 years' experience that is currently working for a reputable general contractor and understands the construction process, means, and methods of the industry and is interested in moving over to the Owners side of the business.
The Regional Project Manager will oversee smaller projects (up to $5M) in house, while managing larger projects (up to $50M) utilizing 3rd party contractors. No Marina construction experience is required
