You will work directly with the senior partner to represent ultra-high net worth clients in all forms of income tax and multi-generational estate and gift tax planning. Two to five years of specific experience in these areas is REQUIRED. You will be responsible for complex legal drafting and research and writing in the areas of inter vivos/lifetime estate, gift and generation skipping tax planning, and many forms of income tax planning. We provide services throughout the US to both successful closely held businesses and their owners and families, so you must be well versed in all aspects of both business and personal income tax planning.
You will also be responsible for entity formation, state registrations, and regulatory compliance related to corporate and partnership law. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: 
<ul>
<li>Drafting, preparing, assignments, motions, affidavits, and various other legal documents.</li>
<li>Ensuring timely, courteous, and thorough responses to a heavy volume of email correspondence.</li>
<li>Developing and maintaining congenial relationships with business associates and clients.</li>
<li>Providing exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction.</li>
<li>Providing support to attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere.</li>
<li>Preparation and filing of status updates prior to scheduled hearing</li>
<li>Providing regular and timely client status updates, as well as continual follow-up on outstanding documents and or services.</li>
<li>Review expired Notices of Default and communicate with the client to ensure most updated figures have been received</li>
<li>Monitor for executed client declarations</li>
<li>File client declarations with the court</li>
<li>Researches and analyzes law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes. </li>
<li>Prepares legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, initial and amended articles of incorporation, stock certificates and other securities, buy-sell agreements, closing papers and binders, deeds, and trust instruments for review, approval, and use by VP, general counsel. </li>
<li>Investigates facts and law of case to determine causes of action and to prepare case accordingly. </li>
<li>Performs other clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, taking dictation, composing and typing routine correspondence, and reading and routing incoming mail </li>
<li>Prepares affidavits of documents and maintains document file</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
<ul>
<li>Experience with client systems such as LPS, Tempo, Vendorscape and others is preferred.</li>
<li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with borrower, clients, attorneys, other internal employees, and outside parties.</li>
<li>Must be able to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner.</li>

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in estate planning and real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of direct estate planning experience and be capable of independently preparing and managing complex legal documents, coordinating with clients and attorneys, and ensuring compliance in trust and real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities
Estate Planning

Land Trust Administration

Real Estate Transactions

Client Coordination &amp; Communication

<li>Serve as a primary point of contact for estate planning and land trust clients. </li>

Requirements
