What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.</li>
<li>Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents and daily activities.</li>
<li>Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site supervision.</li>

Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.</li>
<li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li>
<li>Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.</li>
<li>Customer service experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>

Overview
We are seeking an experienced&nbsp;Talent Acquisition Project Manager&nbsp;to drive technical and process improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition (TA) function. This role operates within an established PMO cadence and is responsible for planning, execution, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder alignment to ensure recruiting initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with TA, HR, business leaders, RPO partners, and HR technology and analytics teams, leveraging data and tools to drive visibility, productivity, and results.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Lead and manage prioritized Talent Acquisition projects using structured PMO methodologies</li>
<li>Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, and productivity tools</li>
<li>Drive execution, monitor progress, identify risks, and remove delivery roadblocks</li>
