Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Set up and operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines</li>
<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Control and adjust machine settings to complete simple tasks accurately, according to specifications</li>
<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Follow all safety practices and procedures in the plant</li>
<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Safely, accurately, and efficiently handle metals and equipment</li>
<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Operate a forklift when moving materials in the plant</li>
<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Move metal parts in and out of trays, drums, and boxes</li>
<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Fold and cut metal sheets and clips</li>
<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Calculate the appropriate weight of finished metal parts and package material for shipping</li>
<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Maintain a clean and organized work environment</li>
<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Participating in on-the-job and cross functional training and transfer skills into daily work</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related experience required</li>
<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Must have at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment</li>
<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1-3 years of experience driving a forklift is preferred</li>
<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Must have experience using basic hand and power tools</li>
<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Must have a history of maintaining a positive attitude and supporting a respectful workplace</li>

The Sales &amp; Customer Service Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, printers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. The Associates expertly advise our valued customers by supplying accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry.
The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. He or she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time. Printing and graphic design experience is a huge plus, but not a requirement.
Sales &amp; Customer Service Associate Responsibilities
