Primary Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Knowledgeable of quality control requirements for all packaging and/or production operations. </li>
<li>Conscientious handling of inventory to avoid damage or adulteration. </li>
<li>Visual inspection of overall appearance of finished product throughout the run to meet product specifications. </li>
<li>Monitor for correct code date, label, seal integrity, and product quality throughout all processes. </li>
<li>Read and follow recipes for dough </li>
<li>Accurately complete daily production batch record entries. </li>
<li>Maintain a neat and clean workspace. </li>
<li>Perform all operations in accordance with facility SOPs </li>
<li>Assist at efficient production and/or packaging operations for daily scheduled runs. </li>
<li>Safe operation of all equipment. </li>
<li>Sanitation and custodial services of facility and equipment. </li>
<li>Proper use and handling of cleaning supplies </li>
<li>Ensures cooking stations are sanitized and prepped with necessary tools </li>
<li>Resolves customer complaints with diplomacy </li>
<li>Makes sure the kitchen is clean and sanitized</li>

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

<li>High school diploma or GED </li>
<li>A food handler’s certification, preferred </li>
<li>Proven food preparation and food handling experience </li>
<li>Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures </li>
<li>The ability to follow standardized recipes </li>
<li>The ability to work in a fast-paced environment </li>
<li>The ability to work in a team </li>
<li>Communicate in English both written and verbal skills </li>
<li>Exceptional customer service skills</li>
