Maintenance Technician I The primary duties of a Maintenance Technician are the maintenance and improvement of our properties to ensure safety and appearance. The Maintenance Technician will complete repairs in vacant apartments, residential apartments, and common areas. The Maintenance Technician diagnoses and repairs issues involving HVAC or refrigeration (with the exception of handling freon), electrical, plumbing, elevators, swimming pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural and appliances.
