PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Assists in the preparation and handling of foods following all Safe Food Handling and Sanitation regulations. Assists in maintaining Safe Food Temperatures during the entire process. Assists in controlling portions served to each classroom by following the required amounts for children and adults closely and minimizing waste. Assists in providing the classrooms with the appropriate serving utensils to ensure the correct portions are served.</li>
<li>Assists in planning and executing food distribution promptly to meet set mealtime schedules. Notifies Teachers and the director of any delays affecting mealtime schedules. Assists in the communication with Teachers about changes made to the daily menu and documents these changes according to guidelines. Changes to the menu must be approved by the Director or appropriate staff before implementation.</li>
<li>Cleans &amp; washes all dinnerware, pots and pans, and other utensils and equipment used in meal preparation and service. Cleans the floors, tables, shelves, refrigeration units, and other equipment in the Food Service Department, adhering to set Sanitation and Safety regulations; and maintains storage shelves, containers, and refrigeration unit shelves in a clean and organized manner.</li>
<li>Assists in the daily documentation of meals served on the Meal Count Worksheet and invoices on the Expenditure Worksheet; retains a copy of all Milk Purchase invoices for auditing. Assists in documenting daily use of milk and milk purchases to assure compliance with the Florida Department of Health Child Care Food Program regulations. Assists in documenting refrigeration temperatures on the Temperature Log Sheet. When appropriate, assist in documenting food temperatures on the Food Temperature Log sheet in a timely and accurate manner, following set guidelines. Assists in submitting all the documentation to the appropriate staff for the End of the Month Reports to meet set deadlines.</li>
<li>Assists in recording the End of the monthly inventory for food and kitchen supplies accurately; assists in extending inventory information; assists in adding inventory and in the preparation of the inventory summary report following set guidelines. <li>Promote Allied Universal Event Services' Grooming and Appearance Policy and Uniform Standards</li>
<li>Routinely require and review, for day-to-day field operations and consistent delivery of service, all Critical Basic Tasks (CBTs), including but not limited to: Event Box, DES Sheet, Deployment Sheets, Post Orders, etc.</li>
<li>Ensure proper briefings are conducted before each shift, and that proper information reaches employees</li>
<li>Ensure all labor laws are being adhered to (rest and meal periods executed per law, check-in/check-out procedure is followed, etc.) for all events responsible for</li>
<li>Ensure paperwork is completed per policy (incident reports, workers' compensation filings, etc.) and is turned in, along with the event file, to the Office Manager</li>
<li>Oversee all field operations programs and events</li>
<li>Ensure ongoing training is completed per company standards and applicable laws</li>
<li>Handle and resolve client, employee, and customer complaints</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Must possess one or more of the following: </li>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in criminal justice, sales, marketing, business administration, or hospitality</li>
<li>Associate's Degree in criminal justice, sales, marketing, business administration, or hospitality with a minimum of three (3) years of security management experience</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of security management experience</li>
</ul>
<li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment</li>
<li>Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the event industry or other service-related industry</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines</li>
<li>Proven track record of excellence in customer service and financial management (awards, top rankings, etc.)</li>
<li>Dedication to high quality customer service delivery and integrity through proven client and customer relationships</li>
<li>Highly effective leader with the ability to build strong relationships internally with all levels of the organization and manage under difficult service delivery timeframes</li>
<li>Willingness to attend professional networking or community events in the evenings</li>
<li>Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology</li>
<li>Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion</li>
<li>Outstanding oral and written communication skills; ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including with clients, while functioning as a team player</li>
</ul>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>Law enforcement and/or military experience</li>
<li>Experience in scheduling, operations, or other functions of security industry</li>

Job DescriptionDescription:
Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building Materials company, is seeking an experienced Truss Designer.
Under general supervision, this position creates truss placement plans, truss design drawings and truss quotes along with providing technical support to customers and sales representatives related to truss components for residential and commercial projects. The position is an office position that requires the use of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. 
 
Essential Responsibilities and Duties include:
<ul>
<li>Using proprietary software, produce floor and roof truss placement plans, truss design drawings and truss quotes using your ability to understand blueprints and customer requirements for specific projects.</li>
<li>Determine design specifications based on blueprints and structural design needs.</li>
<li>Review other designers work as part of a double check system to reduce design errors prior to putting paperwork into manufacturing.</li>
<li>Create shop paperwork that is optimized and batch for efficiency based on equipment used in manufacturing.</li>
<li>Communicate with customers, general contractors, and sales staff on technical aspects of plans which require clarification from customer, Architect or Engineer. Document communication with said parties using excel spreadsheet and saved emails.</li>
<li>Consult with experienced component technicians and management when more in-depth analysis is required.</li>
<li>Plan and pace your own work efficiency in order to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related productivity goals.</li>
<li>Understand and observe all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers; attend periodic safety meetings as required; recommend changes to improve safety procedures.</li>
<li>Other duties may be assigned.</li>
</ul>
Essential Job Requirements include:

<li>Knowledge of company products sufficient to determine appropriate structural applications.</li>
<li>Use of proprietary software for construction design.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Use of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.</li>
<li>Mathematics and measurement skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of drafting, architectural design or CAD applications.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Mitek Software preferred. </li>
