DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

This includes managing the length of time you will be on a job, daily monitoring site in order to maintain your daily work schedule, properly explaining the mitigation process to customers, communicating needed work at each water loss to insurance adjusters, project managers, and the technicians you are managing. You will also be responsible for properly documenting all work done based on specific insurance requirements, handling customers and their homes respectfully, training new/temporary employees, and handling any conflict resolution while on site at customers property's professionally.
