 What We’re Looking For… • Competencies and Job Specific Skills o Exceptional communication and customer service skills o Professional presentation and product demonstration abilities o Strong follow-up and organizational skills o Knowledge of luxury or custom home products preferred o Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously What’s Required… • Education &amp; Work Experience: o High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred o 2+ years of sales experience in retail, design, or home improvement environments preferred. • Work Environment &amp; Schedule: o Full-time showroom-based position (including weekends and holidays) o Typical schedule: 40 hours per week, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (may vary). • Physical Requirements: o Standing and walking for extended periods o Occasional bending or lifting up to 20 lbs. o Requires use of company-provided iPad and POS systems. • Technology Requirements: o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc.) o Proficiency in Google Suite (i.e. Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) o Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com) and digital scheduling systems. • Certifications / Licenses o None Required
