Role Summary
Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) serves a pivotal role in our efforts to provide compassionate, top-notch care for our patients in the comfort of their place of residence. By personifying our Mission and Values, our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) acts as a bridge to independent living for our clients who may also require nursing care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, clients and their families, and the referring Agency.
 
Patient Population: Has contact with patients of all ages in a clinical setting; understands and demonstrates appropriate behavior when interacting with patients in all populations.
 
Essential Functions:

<li>Under the direction of the RN, assist in identifying the client’s physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs as evidenced by documentation, clinical records, case conferences, team reports, and evaluations.</li>
<li>Participate in planning and implementing care with the RN through the Plan of Care (POC). Assist clients in recovering or maintaining life functions; prevent illness and relapse.</li>
<li>Provide care utilizing infection control measures that protect clients and staff (OSHA).</li>
<li>Assure the continuity of care through the delivery of quality patient care.</li>
<li>Provides effective communication to clients, their families, team members, and other health care professionals, and regular participation in Case Conference/Team Meetings.</li>
<li>Monitors assigned cases to ensure compliance with the requirements of third-party payers.</li>
<li>Completes appropriate documentation promptly to ensure compliance with company policy.</li>
<li>Demonstrates commitment and professional growth by participating in in-service programs and maintaining/improving competency.</li>
<li>Meet mandatory continuing education requirements of the Agency/licensing board.</li>

Experience:

4. Independently review products for conformance with NFPA, NEC, and UL 2200.
5. Gather product information and design specifications.
6. Assist and create electrical Bills of Material (BoM).
7. Prepare specifications for purchases of materials or equipment.
8. Create standards and processes and assist with creation of production work instructions.
9. Maintain consistency with engineering records and part drawings.
10. Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes. 
11. Meet agreed upon goals and objectives in a timely manner.

Qualifications

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent job experience, Electrical Professional Engineer is a plus, management experience is a plus.</li>

<li>40 clock hours of Introduction to Child Care Training class*(State Mandated)</li>
<li>5 clock hours of Early Literacy and Language Development Training class*</li>
<li>40 clock hours of annual In-Service training completed between July 1st and June 30th of each calendar year (CDA certified personnel only require 10 clock hours)</li>

 Makers Air is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with reservations, answering inquiries, and ensuring every passenger enjoys a smooth booking experience.
 
What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and online requests for flight reservations.</li>
<li>Provide accurate information on schedules, pricing, policies, and services.</li>
<li>Enter and update customer reservations in the system with precision.</li>
<li>Process payments, issue confirmations, and assist with changes or cancellations.</li>
<li>Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.</li>
<li>Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless travel for our passengers.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>1–2 years of aviation, hospitality, or travel industry experience preferred.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required (associate degree in aviation, travel/tourism, or business a plus).</li>
<li>Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, reservations, or passenger services preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with aviation reservation or booking systems strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to calculate, post, and manage figures accurately (ticketing, baggage, fees, etc.).</li>
<li>Knowledge of FAA and TSA travel regulations (or willingness to learn).</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across departments and with passengers.</li>
<li>Proficiency in English and MS Office (especially Excel) required; additional languages a plus.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills with high attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to stay calm and problem-solve in a fast-paced aviation environment.</li>
