POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Hourly Shift Coordinator (HSC) is the Shift Leader of the restaurant focused on delivering sales and profit results through profitability, Guest, people &amp; operations. The HSC supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing the operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service and people. The HSC operates under the direction of the RGM and directly manages a shift of Team Members.

Responsibilities:

Prepare documentation, memos, and/or presentation as needed.</li>
<li>Perform the annual review of existing credit relationships; Identify necessary risk rating changes, errors or inconsistencies and recommend modifications to risk rating as deemed appropriate. This includes calculating and verifying covenant testing requirements and monitoring loan policy exceptions, as needed.</li>
<li>Support the accurate review and evaluation of the financial condition and operating performance of CRE Borrowers for new and existing loan exposures, increases, and modifications of terms/conditions.</li>
<li>Support the large &amp; complex financial analysis with a high degree of accuracy in terms of figures and credit risk assessment. Responsibility will also include the proper identification of loan policy exceptions and identification of industry/loan structure specific risks/issues with appropriate mitigating factors.</li>
<li>Ability to identify, evaluate, monitor and make any recommendation deemed necessary to the supervisor to assess, reduce, eliminate or control any current or prospective risks to earnings or capital arising from violations of, or nonconformance with, laws, rules, regulations, prescribed practices, internal policies and procedures or ethical standards.</li>
<li>Assist in the review and measurement of Bank Borrower’s conformance with legal covenants, tracking of same and the identification of compliance or non-compliance This may include assisting Credit Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers in collaborating with other bank units such as Credit Administration, Loan Operations, Credit Services, Closing areas, and Credit Risk.</li>
<li>Assist in the training process of new underwriters. Specifically, assist the trainees in the following: adopting the operating procedures of the department, mastering the various formats used and the credit criteria applied to the various forms of analysis.</li>
<li>Complete or review and provide feedback on spread financial statements, comprehensive analysis, and credit approval packages according to Bank credit programs and policy.</li>
<li>Work within the software systems for loan originations, modifications, annual reviews, and other presentations to senior management.</li>
<li>Responsible for the administration and monitoring maturities, delinquencies, including criticized assets reports on a regular basis as well as assisting in the identifying any “red flags” or problems within the portfolio. Reports to supervisor all portfolio issues and irregularities found in these reports.</li>
<li>Conduct project site visits/inspections and report findings.</li>
<li>Provide assistance in other areas within the department, as required, covering during vacation or absenteeism.</li>
<li>Ensure preventive measures are carried out to fully comply with current rules, regulations and internal policies relating to risks pertaining to BSA, USA Patriot Act, OFAC and other AML related issues.</li>
<li>Assist management with ongoing projects.</li>
<li>Any other duties as assigned by the Chief Credit Officer or supervisor.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Education and/or Certifications Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance required. Master’s degree preferred OR 5+ years of credit underwriting/credit analysis experience in lieu of education. Formal credit training preferred. 
Minimum Work Experience Requirements:
7+ years of professional experience credit underwriting/credit analysis. Knowledgeable of banking products and documentation.
Technical and/or Other Essential Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of the Bank’s credit procedures, programs and policy. Accounting and credit principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required; experience in SQL is a plus. Salesforce, nCino, FIS IBS experience is a plus. Sound time management and organizational skills required. Well organized and systematic. Must possess strong communication skills.

Operation New Hope is a nonprofit operating in Jacksonville, Orlando, St. Johns County, the Space Coast, Tampa, and St. Petersburg, Florida. Our pre-release and post-release programs provide job training and placement, and comprehensive support services to people returning from incarceration and others who have been affected by the justice system with the goal of facilitating successful transitions back into the community. We motivate our clients to become productive, responsible citizens, and our programs help prevent recidivism, reduce the repeated costs of incarceration, and improve public safety. Our dedicated team supports career opportunities, mental health, and overall stability of our clients to help them achieve self-sufficiency. Operation New Hope has partnered with the City of Orlando, Community Violence Intervention Initiative to provide Mental Health counseling services and workshops to reduce violence and gun violence in the Orlando area.
Position Overview: The Mental Health Therapist will play a critical role in the Community Violence Intervention (CVI) Initiative, which is focused on reducing gun violence and supporting disadvantaged populations. This position will work at-risk clients ages 5-25 (ages may vary). The Mental Health Therapist will perform triage assessments for new applicants reporting mental health or substance use concerns to determine their acuity and readiness for program enrollment. When necessary, the therapist will provide referrals for higher levels of care before admission. The therapist will provide mental health and therapeutic services to at-risk youth and their families within the Orlando Kidz Zones and My Brothers (MBK) Orlando programs. This role will work to restore community trust in the mental health services system by increasing access to care, improving intake processes, and enhancing mental health education. The therapist will conduct individual and group therapy sessions, provide educational workshops, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for participants.
Reports to: Mental Health Services Supervisor, Central Florida
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Provide mental health services to clients in 3-4 local community centers.</li>
<li>Complete triage on clients within the Orlando Community &amp; Youth Trust, Orlando Kidz Zones, and MBK Orlando program.</li>
<li>Complete evidenced based Risk Assessment on assigned clients.</li>
<li>Conduct comprehensive Biopsychosocial Assessments on each new client, providing a mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing individual mental counseling; providing appropriate therapeutic interventions and methods to assist clients in reaching their goals. </li>
<li>Find and/or create mental health literature for program participants to increase knowledge of mental health symptomology.</li>
<li>Increase program participants knowledge of emotional regulation.</li>
<li>Host workshops with program participants and potential mentees to decrease the cradle to prison pipeline.</li>
<li>Assist in crisis intervention services and collaborate with local agencies to provide appropriate referrals. </li>
<li>Host workshops with legal guardians / parents to increase emotional regulation and basic understanding of mental health, with a goal of 50% of program participants showing an increased knowledge of mental health and the utilization of coping skills after reading informational literature and individual therapy.</li>
<li>Host up to two (2) emotional regulation workshops per calendar year with up to thirty (30) program participants.</li>
<li>Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/procedures as well as applicable regulations and corporate policies. </li>
<li>Participate in multi-disciplinary team staffing and case consultation. </li>
<li>Refer client to continuity of care providers as needed.</li>
<li>Assess for acute S/H/I as needed and maintain No Harm contracts if indicated.</li>
<li>Document client progress in groups.</li>
<li>Ensure all assigned client documentation is entered in electronic record as required in timely manner including groups, individual counseling sessions, and crisis interventions. </li>

Education / Experience / Qualifications:

Established&nbsp;Law Firm in Downtown Miami is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant with 6&nbsp;or more years of Commercial Real Estate Law experience to join their Team!
Legal Secretary&nbsp;- Job Description:
<ul>
<li>Create, format, edit, proofread, and manage Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations. Draft routine correspondence, forms, etc. under the supervision of an appropriate lawyer/professional.</li>
<li>Answer telephone and routine questions from clients and staff members and/or route calls to appropriate lawyer or staff member.</li>
<li>Assist with managing lawyer’s calendar by scheduling appointments, depositions, meetings (external and internal), hearings, closings, etc.</li>
<li>Schedule domestic and foreign travel through firm travel system, including flights, hotels and/or car rentals.</li>
<li>Track, organize, and process reimbursements, invoices, and check requests.</li>
<li>Run conflict checks, open new client matters, and draft engagement letters and other required documents; provide guidance to lawyers so completed forms are submitted properly.</li>
<li>Opens, prioritizes and distributes mail. Coordinates mailings, deliveries, copying and courthouse filings where appropriate</li>
<li>Enter and manage work requests from lawyers in the workflow tool and complete according to provided deadline(s).</li>
<li>Perform routine filing, photocopying, scanning, compiling, and distributing of documents; identify and coordinate available services provided by administrative departments such as office services, the IT Help Desk, word processing, accounting, billing, and records.</li>
<li>Operates independently to ensure assignments, which may be complex in nature or require high-level production, are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Produces a high volume of work assignments in an accurate and timely manner.</li>
<li>Manage both paper and electronic client files, assisting with real estate contracts and amendments as well as closing documents, researching and obtaining corporate and UCC-1 filings and recorded documents, preparing closing checklists, monitoring transaction progress, handling post-closing documents, and assisting as needed with billing client invoices.</li>
</ul>
Legal Secretary&nbsp;- Requirements:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of legal assistant in commercial real estate.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li>
<li>Strong time management skills and ability to coordinate and manage assignments for multiple attorneys.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.</li>
</ul>

The World Equestrian Center – Ocala is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Food Runner / Busser to join the opening team of White Willow; our refined Asian dining concept located within the prestigious Equestrian Manor. This hybrid role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and takes pride in supporting seamless service and maintaining an elegant dining atmosphere.
As a Food Runner / Busser at White Willow, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and graceful delivery of dishes, maintaining pristine table settings, and contributing to the overall guest experience. Your attentiveness and professionalism will reflect the World Equestrian Center’s core values of Quality, Class, and Distinction.
Primary Responsibilities:

<li>Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests with precision, care, and attention to presentation.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with servers and culinary staff to ensure accurate and timely service.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas throughout service.</li>
<li>Clear and reset tables promptly and discreetly, ensuring minimal disruption to guests.</li>
<li>Polish glassware, silverware, and tableware to uphold luxury standards.</li>
<li>Assist with water service, bread delivery, and other table-side support.</li>
<li>Monitoring guest needs and respond with attentiveness and professionalism.</li>
<li>Support private dining and special events with setup, breakdown, and service assistance.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized service station and back-of-house areas.</li>
<li>Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with regulatory guidelines.</li>
