Job Description - Lead Teacher
JOB SUMMARY 
A Lead Teacher is responsible for managing and supervising every aspect of an Amazing Explorers Academy classroom including effective implementation of our unique preschool curriculum. This includes creating an environment of learning that promotes the social, physical and intellectual growth of children, regardless of their age, background, or abilities. 
He or she must be knowledgeable in developmentally appropriate practices and will take the lead in maintaining safety and order among all children in their room at any given time, thus ensuring activities and the curriculum are adhered to as required by the Director. The Lead Teacher must also be polite and responsive to the families of the students and be able to collaborate with other Assistant and Lead Teachers, as required, in order to foster the overall goals of Amazing Explorers Academy. JOB DUTIES, TASKS, AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Job Summary: The Feeder/Folder continuously grasps, sorts and grades clean textiles and then either folds by hand or feeds into an ironer or folding machine for final finishing. Performs other tasks as required.

Essential Functions: - Grasp textiles from a cart/bin then sort, inspect and grade according to quality standards. - Fold, assemble and package by hand different types and sizes of textiles. - Feed different types and sizes of textiles into ironers or folding machines. - Place finished product onto conveyors or into carts, dump slings of product onto work tables. - Move loaded or empty carts/bins within the production area. - Process textiles according to type and written packing instructions. - Continuously meet efficiency and safety standards for the position. - Follow instructions as directed by supervision. - Keep work area neat and clean.
Additional Functions: - Work in other production positions as needed. Qualifications: - Recognize colors and sizes, count and sort accurately. - Recognize, inspect and grade product. - Comprehend and follow written packing instructions. - Comprehend and follow direction.
Typical Physical Activity: - Physical Demands consist of standing, walking, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling, grasping, lifting up to 25 lbs. and stooping. - Physical Requirements consist of being able to meet the physical demands for the entire shift.

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a NetSuite Administrator to oversee, enhance, and support our growing NetSuite ERP ecosystem. This cross-functional role will work closely with teams across manufacturing operations, field service, finance, and supply chain to optimize processes, enhance system performance, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in NetSuite ERP, hands-on experience with the Manufacturing and Field Service Management modules, and a deep understanding of operational workflows and systems integration.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
NetSuite ERP Responsibilities (primary focus)
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary administrator of the NetSuite environment, including configuration, customization, workflow development, and system optimization.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain system integrity and security, ensure data consistency, and implement best practices for NetSuite governance and change control.</li>
<li>Manage system configuration, including integrations and SuiteApps.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards for users across departments.</li>
<li>Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, Etc.) to implement enhancements and continuous process improvements.</li>
<li>Work with NetSuite support and third-party consultants as needed.</li>
<li>Assist with data imports, migrations, and integrations with third-party applications.</li>
<li>Document system processes, procedures, and customizations.</li>
<li>Monitor system upgrades and new NetSuite releases to assess business impact and ensure compatibility.</li>
<li>Participate in ERP strategy development, new module implementations, and post-implementation support.</li>
</ul>
IT Oversight Responsibilities (secondary focus)
<ul>
<li>Ensures smooth operation of IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues in coordination with outsourced IT service provider.</li>
<li>Work to streamline overall IT strategy and reduce costs</li>

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related field.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite Consultant.</li>
<li>NetSuite Administrator Certification or SuiteFoundation Certification is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of financial modules and financial flow within NetSuite.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, inventory, and service delivery.</li>
<li>Experience with SuiteScript, Field Service Management, and manufacturing related modules.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>

Salary Range: $95,000 – $110,000 per year
