ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The Branch Manager is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing business opportunities to support new revenue growth for a specific geographic area. This includes overall responsibility for:
1) Developing and implementing sales strategies for new account prospects, active and inactive client accounts
2) Working with field management to plan, conduct and follow up on sales activities
3) Achieving profit results in assigned areas consistent with predetermined forecasts/expectations
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS • Develop account sales plans/approaches with Manager on a minimum of 30 target accounts • Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business. This may include sales calls, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals, in-office demonstrations, direct mail campaigns, and follow up activity. • Conduct prospect, active and inactive account sales calls independently and jointly with branch office staff and management as prioritized by Manager • Functions as lead and primary sales resource on identified target accounts and is responsible for creating the account plan • Partners with branch office and Headquarters staff to enhance/supplement product knowledge needed to close the sale as well as implement the product solution • Support driving sales closure to shorten sales cycle and ensure sales goals and objectives are met • Analyze prospect requirements and needs to understand how Company products and services can be applied to meet these needs and resolve problems • Establish contacts in the business community including active participation in local networking events to increase brand recognition and awareness • Record all business and sales activity in Company database as well as complete required activity reports • Respond quickly to all customer and prospect inquiries and needs • All other duties that may arise to ensure the successful operation of the company

The maintenance position, under limited supervision, performs work of routine difficulty. Performs preventative maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems and equipment of the building interior and exterior under the supervision of the Chief Engineer. Groundskeeper is required to maintain the clean and neat appearance of assigned areas, focusing on the exterior of the property and its grounds.

The Patient Access Representative II will be responsible for the coordination of scheduling and insurance verification by identifying insurance plans and benefits that are quickly identifiable through Athena at time of scheduling and documenting appropriately to assist the benefit by identifying insurance plans and benefits that are quickly identifiable at time of scheduling and documenting appropriately. Scheduling/Benefits Rep are responsible for accurately and professionally scheduling patients for FOI physicians according to patient need and physician protocol in a call center environment. Must obtain all information related to the appointment to include patient demographics, verifying, and documenting all new and existing insurance benefits to start the benefit and authorization process as well as method of referral.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Register all new patient in the computer system by obtaining patient demographics and insurance information and source of referral. </li>
<li> Schedule appointments according to patient need and physician and authorization protocols.</li>
<li>Verify benefits through electronic eligibility system to confirm effective date of insurance coverage, PCP Information, whether referral is required, co-pay or co-insurance information to ensure patient responsibility is collected at time of service.</li>
<li>All obtainable benefit information at time of scheduling should be properly documented in the system so that any visits that need further financial clearance can be easily passed off the Financial Clearance Team.</li>
<li>Update all information from prior visit if needed.</li>
<li>Assure compliance with all company plans policies and procedures set forth by the Florida Orthopaedic Institute </li>
