This is a strategic operational role that will oversee the full accounts payable lifecycle, modernize AP systems and workflows, strengthen financial controls, and ensure a seamless payment experience for vendors, partners, and internal teams. Your Impact
<ul>
<li>Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, payments, and expense reimbursements.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, tax regulations, and audit requirements.</li>
<li>Partner with Procurement and Operations to improve vendor terms and strengthen supplier relationships.</li>
<li>Lead automation and process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.</li>
<li>Monitor AP KPIs and recommend improvements for performance and working capital management.</li>
<li>Oversee cash disbursement forecasting in coordination with the Treasury.</li>
<li>Lead, mentor, and develop the AP team, supporting career growth and building a high-performing culture.</li>
<li>Collaborate with auditors and ensure reconciliation of AP sub-ledgers with the general ledger.</li>

What You Bring
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.</li>
<li>8+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or Finance operations, with 5+ years in leadership roles.</li>
<li>Proven track record managing large-scale AP operations in multi-entity or multi-location organizations.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Experience implementing and optimizing ERP/AP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, Workday, SAP).</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.</li>
<li>Strong analytical ability with a track record of driving process improvements.</li>
