What We Require:
We are looking for reliable and professional inspectors who meet the following requirements:

<li>Valid and Current Florida Home Inspector License</li>
<li>Active General Liability Insurance</li>
<li>Active Worker's Compensation Insurance (or valid exemption)</li>
<li>Ability to pass a Level 2 background check, including fingerprinting and a drug screen</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
<li>Standard home inspection tools</li>
<li>Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work</li>
<li>Reliable and punctual</li>
<li>Coachability and a willingness to learn our systems and processes</li>
