SUMMARY:The Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) is a person in recovery from a substance use disorder who provides one on one peer support services including emotional support, de-escalation, providing individuals and/or families with information and linkage to additional services to meet their needs, completing warm hand-offs and following up with clients. The Peer Recovery Specialist is responsible for providing excellent service by applying reflective listening and motivational interviewing skills. This position has the special training and skills to interact both face-to-face and via phone, to understand clients’ unique circumstances and needs. CPRS performs a wide range of tasks to support individuals and/or families living their own lives and directing their own recovery and wellness process. The CPRS is patient, knowledgeable, empathetic and helpful.

 POSITION SUMMARY: The Server provides quality food and beverage service to the Members and their guests by ensuring an exceptional dining experience by performing the following duties:
 ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES

Including but limited to: writing checks legibly, correctly entering all information into POS system, ensuring the correct billing for each member, assembling and picking up orders and providing excellent service.</li>
<li>Knows and serves meal by placing the correct item in front of each member and guest (no auctioning of items). Checks back to ensure member and guest satisfaction.</li>
<li>Ensures all tables are bussed properly throughout the meal, keeps water glasses full, checks on members and guests after entrees are served, keeps proper posture, is personable but limits conversations.</li>
<li>Reviews member check for accuracy prior to presentation and signature.</li>
<li>Advises supervisor of any member or guest complaint as soon as they occur. Has the Lead Server or Manager perform any voids, deletes or correction in the POS system, if needed.</li>
<li>Sets up side station and performs all assigned side work for the designated dining venue. Attends pre-meal meetings and lineups daily. Performs any assigned clean-up and closing duties, follows check out procedures and signs out with closing manager.</li>
<li>Responsible for making sure that all dining areas are 100% ready for service 15 minutes prior to the scheduled opening time. </li>
<li>Responsible for leaving all areas clean and organized at the end of each shift.</li>
<li>Works as a team to ensure that proper set up of all assigned dining areas for dining and events. This includes, but is not limited to proper table setting, placement of table and chairs, any needed movement of furniture when applicable, and checking with MOD for any needed set up prior to leaving shift to ensure a smooth running operation.</li>
<li>Arrives to work dressed in a clean pressed uniform and has all the necessary equipment (trays, pen, corkscrews, etc) to work with prior to the start of your shift or any pre-shift meetings or lineups.</li>
<li>Any other duties and projects as assigned by the Captain, Dining Room Manager, Food &amp; Beverage Director, Clubhouse Manager, Social Director and General Manager.</li>

Education / Experience

<li>Ensure positive guest service in all areas.</li>
<li>Respond to complaints, taking all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.</li>
<li>Ensure that proper security procedures are in place to protect team members, guests, and company assets.</li>
<li>Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.</li>
<li>Completes accident reports promptly if a guest or team member is injured.</li>
<li>Responsible to assist in menu planning, development, and meal specials.</li>
<li>Ensure proper cash management controls are followed by all F&amp;B staff members, as per policy.</li>
<li>Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, maintaining attendance logs, upholding service standards, product quality and cleanliness.</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.</li>
<li>Provides direction and communication to team members regarding operational information and procedural changes.</li>
<li>Develop team members by providing ongoing feedback.</li>
<li>Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of market staffing needs with trained competent individuals.</li>
<li>Have complete knowledge of all policies, standards, and procedures of the department.</li>
<li>Be familiar with resort services, amenities, and outlets.</li>
<li>Available for work assignments outside of Manager’s customary work schedule. This may include evenings, catering events, weekends, and holidays.</li>
<li>Compliance with all Store Market policies and procedures as described and communicated by management.</li>
<li>Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.</li>
<li>Works effectively with Human Resources Director in proper documentation and performance management.</li>

Education and Experience:

<li>At least two years of experience in retail administration preferably in market management, with increasing levels of responsibility required.</li>

Physical Requirements:

<li>Prolonged periods of standing.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.</li>
