Provide specialized respiratory therapy care in a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit setting. This position requires competence in advanced ventilator management, including High Frequency Ventilator (JET) and Oscillator use, alongside the flexibility to float to Adult Level III NICU as needed. Work within a collaborative team focused on delivering quality care to fragile neonatal patients.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Deliver respiratory therapy treatments and evaluations for neonatal patients with respiratory insufficiencies such as asthma, pneumonia, and emphysema.</li>
<li>Operate and manage specialized equipment including oxygen cylinders, nebulizers, suction machines, CPAP, and BIPAP devices.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems, specifically Meditech preferred.</li>

Qualifications:

Act as the ADA Coordinator and manage accommodation requests

Maintain accurate HRIS records, prepare HR documentation, and analyze trends

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Collaborate cross-functionally on onboarding, engagement, and process improvement

What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>
8–10 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience (multi-site preferred)
</li>
<li>
Strong employee relations, investigation, and performance management experience
</li>
<li>
Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now; Salesforce or similar tools preferred
</li>
<li>
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
</li>
<li>
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
</li>
<li>
HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) a plus
</li>
<li>
Construction or operational industry experience a plus
</li>
