Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in engineering or a technical role.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience as Quality Engineer or similar role.</li>
<li>Exceptional mechanical aptitude.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.</li>
<li>Experience with new product introduction.</li>
<li>Experience with ISO 9001.</li>
<li>Experience with ERP systems.</li>
<li>Training and basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma is desired.</li>
<li>Experience in conducting Supplier Quality and/or Internal Audits is desired.</li>
<li>Ability to focus on both internal and external customer relationships and effectively manage expectations.</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to manage project timelines.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal communication skills both verbally and in writing.</li>
<li>Ability to stand, walk and sit for extended periods of time.</li>

Contract Attorney – Federal Bar – Litigation Practice Firm Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Position Type: Long Term Contract, Part-Time, As-Needed (Hybrid/Remote) A well-established small litigation firm in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Federally Barred Attorney to assist with&nbsp;litigation matters on an as-needed basis. This flexible role is ideal for an experienced litigator who wants to contribute to complex and meaningful cases, and pick up some supplemental income and experience. Ideal for a solo with a light case load. Practice Focus:

<li>Specialized niche practice, handling Class Action Defense Matters. </li>
<li>Federal litigation, including complex class actions</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3–5+ years of litigation experience</li>
<li>Must be Admitted to Federal Court</li>
<li>Experience handling complex cases or class action litigation</li>
<li>Independent, reliable, and resourceful problem-solver</li>
<li>Background in consumer protection law is a plus. </li>
