Organization Description
Naples Botanical Garden is a 170-acre world-class paradise, featuring the flora and cultures of the tropics and sub-tropics including Brazil, the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and Florida. The Garden’s mission is to connect people and plants through display, education, conservation, and applied science. The Garden has beautifully restored native habitats, cultivated gardens, walking trails, and public programming that offer education and enjoyment for people of all ages. Naples Botanical Garden is a 501(c)3 organization.
 
Position Summary: This position serves as the frontline to customer relations at Naples Botanical Garden. In addition to the public, this position works closely with Garden staff, volunteers and fellow associates. 
Visitor Services Leads tend to work 32 hours per week and will also be required to work some evenings and nights, especially during season. The shift schedule will be Wednesdays through Saturdays from 7:30 or 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM depending on coverage needs. Availability on those days in particular is critical for the role. On occasion, the daily shift may change to 9 AM to 5:00 PM if support during closing is needed.
 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Greets incoming members and guests in a prompt and welcoming manner.</li>
