Position Overview:
The Project Manager is an exempt position responsible for overall project management of construction projects, with direct accountability for project deliverability. Essential Tasks: Assist in preconstruction during bid phase and in development of project budget. Prepare construction schedules and monitor and manage schedule performance. Conduct periodic site visits to monitor the progress of construction, looking for ways to expedite and predict problems. Role Description
This is a hybrid role based in South Florida, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Florida Licensed Yacht Broker will be responsible for managing yacht sales transactions, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential buyers and sellers, conducting showings, preparing and negotiating contracts, and collaborating with clients to meet their needs. Additionally, the broker will stay updated on market trends, maintain organized documentation, and contribute to the company's growth and reputation in the marine industry.
 
Qualifications
