Position Summary:
Line Cook 2 assists in preparing, cooking, and dispensing food; cleaning work areas and equipment; and receiving and storing supplies. They typically perform tasks required to prepare, cook, bake, and dispense various food items. They also may oversee others performing duties such as training, working all station in the kitchen, inventory, ordering, butchering, and grinding meat, and cleaning and maintaining culinary utensils, equipment, and work areas.

As a Tax Staff, you will:
As a Tax Staff at Cherry Bekaert, you will work on a wide variety of tax engagements under the supervision of different accounting professionals.
<ul>
<li>Engage and serve clients from various industries</li>
<li>Communicate with project in-charges and clients</li>
<li>Develop tax knowledge while preparing basic and intermediate individual tax returns</li>
<li>Prepare federal and multi-state corporate tax returns and basic partnership returns</li>
<li>Research fundamental tax issues using online tools</li>
<li>Prepare and organize workpapers for client files</li>
<li>Perform other essential duties as needed</li>
</ul>
 What you bring to the role:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. Masters preferred</li>
<li>CPA certified or the eligibility to work toward obtaining a CPA license</li>
<li>Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software programs</li>
<li>Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel and occasional out-of-town travel</li>
<li>Ability to work moderate overtime throughout the year with heavier overtime required during certain business cycles</li>
