<li>Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical and surgical conditions to develop individualized care plans.</li>
<li>Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and potential side effects.</li>
<li>Provide direct patient care, including wound care, IV management, and monitoring of vital signs.</li>
<li>Educate patients and families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.</li>
<li>- Coordinate and communicate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.</li>
<li>Document all patient interactions, assessments, and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Monitor for changes in patients’ conditions, promptly addressing any adverse symptoms or complications.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe and sterile environment, following infection control protocols and safety guidelines.</li>
<li>Participate in discharge planning to support patients’ transitions to home or other care settings.</li>
<li>Support a positive, therapeutic environment that promotes patient comfort and recovery.</li>

To be considered you’ll need:

<li>Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.</li>
<li>Current license to practice nursing in any US state or Canada (Flint will assist with your license endorsement).</li>
<li>One or more years of nursing experience in Behavioral Health service is preferred.</li>

<li>Work flexibly and responsibly, supporting the care team in a dynamic med-surg setting.</li>
