GENERAL CLEANER 
NATURE OF WORK: 
General cleaners are responsible for the overall cleanliness of the campus which includes but is not limited to offices, resident rooms, corridors, lobbies, entrances, clinics, stairwells, and other public areas such as dining rooms and waiting areas. General cleaners must maintain a safe and clean environment for students, staff, and visitors. Must be polished and have a professional demeanor. Cleans, sanitizes, and disinfects all areas. 
EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 
<ul>
<li>Disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting assigned areas using checklists/duty list. </li>
<li>Disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, counter, showers, bathtubs, patient areas, and scrubs walls; dusts clean and vacuums furniture, blinds, windows or shades, fixtures, doors, and related furnishings by using appropriate cleaning supplies. </li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining the appropriate level of sanitary and cleaning supplies for assigned areas. </li>
<li>Maintains assigned equipment in good working condition. </li>
<li>Cleans interior glass and dusts and polishes furniture. </li>
<li>Disinfects and maintains ice machine and water fountains. </li>
<li>Also maintain stainless steel on water fountains, elevators, restrooms etc. Collect and remove trash from buildings each day. </li>
<li>Replaces sharps containers, transports trash, and removes empty boxes. </li>
<li>Pick-up and dispose of our store hazardous-regulated-infectious waste as required.</li>
<li>Disinfect patient, student &amp; staff area restrooms, vanity area, shower, and locker rooms.</li>
<li>Disinfect utility rooms, waiting rooms, public restrooms keeping all in orderly condition.</li>

<li>Maintain clean environment on Campus and in Campus offices by sweeping and mopping tile floors and/or vacuum carpet, dusting, light shields, base boards, ledges, and windowsills. </li>
<li>Thoroughly clean and disinfect high touch items such as but not limited to tabletops, desktops, chairs, exterior wash stations, handles, knobs, and light switches on an ongoing basis with disinfecting wipes. </li>
<li>Monitor and restocks restroom dispensers such as hand towels, toilet paper, hand soap and sanitary napkins. </li>
<li>Complete all daily work orders as scheduled. </li>
<li>Participates in special projects and accepts new projects when assigned. </li>
<li>Knows and follows all housekeeping policies and procedures. </li>
<li>Demonstrate awareness of information relating to health and safety at work and always perform safely. </li>
<li>Will require physical ability to bend, stoop, reach. </li>
<li>Requires moderate level of verbal communication skills to interact with patients, students &amp; staff, often under stressful situations. </li>
<li>Requires technical knowledge of general &amp; specialized cleaning procedures &amp; products.</li>
<li>May assist with office or room special cleaning as needed Assists in project work if needed and/or assigned by department leadership. </li>
<li>May be needed for “on call” for flood relief and/or other immediate relief efforts. </li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of all materials handled within the campus and company.</li>
<li>Demonstrates responsibility and accountability through the effective and efficient use of resources in daily procedures. </li>
<li>Complies with campus and departmental policies regarding the dress code. </li>
<li>Must be mindful of slip, trip or fall hazards. </li>
<li>Must label chemicals correctly. </li>
<li>Uses appropriate cleaning supplies according to departmental procedures. </li>
<li>Uses safe and proper cleaning procedures to prepare patient areas, and other assigned areas in a timely and efficient manner. </li>
<li>Keeps housekeeping closet and equipment in area of responsibility clean and in order.</li>

<li>Receive assignment. Assemble needed materials and supplies, load service cart and transport. </li>

<li>Reports any discrepancies or deficiencies to supervisor. </li>
<li>Other related duties as assigned by department management deemed operationally necessary. </li>
<li>Represents Encompass in a positive manner; can follow oral instructions, is pleasant, tactful, and courteous and cooperative with supervisor, co-workers, residents, and client staff. </li>

Location: On site at location listed in job posting. Summary Provide assistance to the Private Banking Relationship Managers. Responsibilities:

<li> Assist with maintaining Relationship Managers portfolios - clear loan, collateral and deposit exceptions, credit exceptions, assist with past dues </li>
